Our story and passion
More than eleven years ago, in the charming Belgian town of Gembloux, Jacinta turned her passion for baking into a new adventure. Inspired by childhood memories in her mother’s kitchen - filled with laughter, comfort, and cakes straight from the oven -she discovered early on that baking was her way of connecting with others and sharing simple, heartfelt moments.

Where craftsmanship begins
Trained in hospitality and culinary arts in New York, Jacinta long dreamed of turning her passion into a profession. She started modestly, with just four cookie recipes baked in her own kitchen and shared with those around her. Word quickly spread — her cookies won people over. As demand grew, her husband Raphaël transformed an old family barn into a professional kitchen. This is how Cookies Belgium was born: an artisanal adventure built with passion, patience, and perseverance.

The Cookiemobile and the joy of sharing
Today, Cookies Belgium offers fifteen varieties of cookies and eight types of cakes, available in supermarkets, delicatessens, and served as desserts in restaurants across the region. Despite its growth, the company has remained true to its values: natural ingredients, no preservatives, an artisanal approach, and a taste of authenticity inspired by traditional recipes. Through markets and events with the Cookiemobile, Jacinta also brings her creations to birthdays, weddings, and corporate events — always with the same goal: to share simple, genuine moments of indulgence.
